Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and results-oriented Interiors Sales Executive to join our team. As an Interiors Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with designers and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include making daily sales calls, arranging design meetings, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in interior sales or real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in primary Excel usage for client status updates and remarks.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily outbound sales calls to prospective customers and maintain a consistent follow-up process to nurture leads.
2. Coordinate and schedule design meetings by liaising with designers and customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
3. Prepare detailed and customized quotations based on customer requirements and design preferences.
4. Regularly communicate with prospects and customers to address their queries, provide product information, and foster positive relationships.
5. Track and update client status and remarks in Excel sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales records.
6. Maintain call recordings for quality and training purposes, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and customer service standards.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Continuously update and enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our interior solutions.
9. Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the customer base.
10. Strive for consistent performance and meet daily calling and sales activity targets
Requirements
a. Proven experience in interior sales or real estate sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
b. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with designers, customers, and prospects.
c. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into successful sales.
d. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage client data and sales-related records.
e. Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a strong determination to succeed and excel in a competitive sales environment.
f. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
g. Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
h. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: INR 25,000
Incentives: INR 5,000 per successfully closed project
Quarterly incentives based on consistent performance, including daily callings
