As a senior graphic designer, you would be creating the face of what we put out into the world. You would be instrumental in managing and delivering project outcomes that are highly polished and inspiring. Some of the work you can expect at Studio Carbon is:
Leading and managing a set of multiple design projects simultaneously.
Conducting client and user-facing interviews, research, and workshops.
Deciphering their needs and preferences, and guiding the project and your team in the right direction.
Creating an inclusive and extensive brand language for physical and digital products.
Conducting regular quality control. Ensuring that designs are of the highest quality and meet the needs and requirements of clients.
Coordinating with the client and regularly presenting concepts and designs for review.

Ensuring that all project timelines are followed and deadlines are met.
Understanding team strengths, weaknesses, and interests and delegating appropriate tasks accordingly.

Mentoring your team and providing guidance and support as they develop their skills.
Engaging in ideation and brainstorming sessions for various studio projects.
Self-led communication design work that benefits the studio
Requirements
BDes or MDes in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Strong online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Superb command over Adobe Suite software such as Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, and Photoshop.
High level of attention to detail, and the ability to find and filter out design mistakes.
Experience managing multiple projects and teams, while meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs clearly and effectively to clients.
The ability to adapt to changing client needs and design trends, and to stay up-to-date with industry developments and new design tools and techniques.
The ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflicting priorities.
