So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to come be our lead Designer. Design for us today, is handled by a team of extremely motivated and creative young talent. What they lack is experience. We need a senior designer: who can come in and lead this brilliant bunch. Who can both teach them the skills and mentor them on the softer aspects of creating a great visual language for a brand? someone who is passionate about new-age brands and can bring their own point of view to the work they do. someone who thinks deeply about brand language and what role design plays in it. someone who can translate briefs shared with you effectively and creatively. someone with a strong attention to detail, asking the right questions, and providing constructive feedback We believe the only way you can lead a team of talented junior people is by walking the talk. So, we are looking for someone with serious skill sets either in static design or video. Should be comfortable with Adobe Software - specifically Illustrator, and Photoshop. Other software is always a plus. And has had at least 1 year of experience in leading a team.

We seek a qualified female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. He/she will be the point of contact for our online customers in case of any complaints, glitches in logistics, or new inquiries. Customer support executives should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Responsibilities :
Attending to inquiries from new customers
Attending to customer complaints and finding solutions for the same
Handling order cancellations, returns, payment recovery, and co-ordinating for the same with the logistics team
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback data
Ensuring smooth customer order fulfillment process and resolving obstacles, if any.
Co-ordinating with creative and marketing team to run marketing campaigns and marketing material
Subordination in case of any offline marketing events/activities such as promotional stalls and participation in exhibitions
Maintaining a strong relationship with loyal customers and achieving the highest retention with continuous customer communication.
Requirements :

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Intermediate level of experience with MS-office and computer/web skills
