Working closely with the clients and design teams to plan and visualize construction and interior projects. Presenting and explaining visuals to clients. Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
Key Job Responsibilities Capable of modeling projects from minimum Sketch, Supervision, and coordinating independently with 3rd parties if required. Ability to understand and handle Architectural CAD Drawings. Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other D modeling packages. Work on Architectural 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing, lighting, Camera Animation, rendering on visuals, and walk-through projects. Ability to create extremely photo-realistic exterior, Interior, and landscape visuals and animation using V-ray, and Corona renders. Undertake 2D image compositing finishing and r-touching operations on 3D renderings. Well-knowledge and brilliant eye for details in post-production to enhancing visuals/ walk-through using Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nike, and other plug-in & special effect software. To create 3D walk-through & fly-through animations. Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Graphic Design Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, and VRay/Corona The ability to understand and interpret architectural draw
